Returns policy

I will supply to the client a clear copy of any completed artwork via email, at which stage the client is able to request any alterations based on this image. Once the final portrait is approved I require the remaining balance in full, the price having previously been agreed with the client and a non-returnable deposit of £50 already been paid by the client.

I shall do my utmost to ensure the client receives the best service possible from myself. If however, the client is unhappy with the finished portrait, he/she should return it during the 14 working days after delivery. Once I have received the returned portrait I shall refund the cost of the commission in full to the client (less the £50 deposit), plus the cost of postage. I will not refund the client until I have received the returned portrait in it's original condition. Any issues raised after the initial 14 day period cannot be addressed.

Any returned artwork remains the property of myself, Karen Balderson. I also retain copyright on all portraits commissioned.

This returns policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
