Supplying an image by e-mail

Please supply your image as a jpg or tiff, no bigger than 4MB or you may find it too large to email. Try to find an image at a good size - If the image is small, then it will be difficult to produce an accurate likeness. The image must be clear (not out of focus) and not obscured by unwanted objects.

You can also supply your digital images on a CD or DVD by post if you prefer - I shall supply you with an address if required.

Supplying photographs by post

Please choose a clear, unobscured, fairly good sized photograph of your subject - an address will be supplied so you can post it to me. I also suggest you use recorded delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for any photo that doesn't reach me. All photos will be returned with your completed portrait.

Turnaround will depend on workload and seasonal variances, but I will endeavour to complete your commission for a specified date if requested.

Don't forget I require a non-returnable deposit of £40 before I commence any work (You can pay by cheque or bankers draft, made payable to Portraits By Karen).
